Who this applies to
This policy covers getjlist.com and the creator app at app.getjlist.com. It applies when you browse the site, create an account, verify Instagram, apply to campaigns, or withdraw earnings.
Information we collect
When you sign in we collect your email address. If you use Google, we receive the name and email Google shares with us. Creators may add a profile and an Instagram account so we can verify it. If you apply to a campaign or withdraw earnings, we keep the details needed to run that campaign and pay you. If you join the early-access list we store the email you give us. If you send a message from the Contact page we receive your name, email, and message by email.
How we use it
We use this information to operate the marketplace: sign you in, verify creators, match you with brand campaigns, credit your wallet, and answer support requests. Early-access emails are used only to tell you when download goes live.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the services that host the product, send sign-in email, and process payouts, and only as needed to provide Jlist. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Cookies
The marketing site sets no tracking cookies. See the Cookies page.
What we don't do
On getjlist.com we do not run ads, third-party analytics, or tracking pixels. Fonts and images are served from getjlist.com.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold, a correction, or deletion at hello@getjlist.com.
How long we keep it
Account and campaign records are kept while you use Jlist and as long as we need them to pay you, prevent abuse, or meet the law. Early-access emails are kept until you ask us to delete them, or until they are no longer needed to announce the launch.
